Student Ministry
The Youth Group at Wyandotte is for students from 7th grade to Seniors in High School. We're here to help teens grow in their relationship with Jesus, to strengthen our relationships with each other, and to support each other in our efforts to bring our friends to Christ.
Youth Group
Wednesday Nights at 7:00 we meet for an hour and a half to bring friends, play games, and study different topics. We're reading the parables of Jesus this fall.
Camp
Each Summer and once in the winter we make our way to Horton, KS and Mission Lake Christian Camp. We go to Sr. High Week (9th-12th grade), Jr. High Week (7th-8th grade), and Deeper Life (7th-12th grade) each summer, and attend Mid-Winter Retreat (7th-12th grade) in January. Camp is a great opportunity to step out of our routines, refocus on Christ, and gear up for the work we each have to do back at home!
Special Events
From time to time we'll have special events for the Youth Group to attend; this summer we went to Worlds of Fun, attended the Big Dig apologetics conference in Raytown, and Rock the Light!
